Returns and Refunds

Return Policy 

At Soul, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something doesn’t work out, we offer a simple return process with store credit ONLY no refunds.

To qualify for a return:

  • Must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered.

  • Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, or stains.

  • All original tags must be attached.

STORE CREDIT ONLY

All accepted returns will receive store credit in the form of a digital SOUL gift card.

We do not issue refunds back to the original payment method.

Store credit never expires and can be used online at any time.

FINAL SALE ITEMS (NOT RETURNABLE)

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Accessories (jewelry, hats, hair accessories, etc.)

  • Bodysuits / intimates

  • Items marked “Final Sale” at checkout

RETURN SHIPPING

  • A prepaid return label will be provided.

  • The cost of the label will be deducted from your store credit.

  • Items must be shipped using our label (no self-shipping).

EXCHANGES

We do not offer traditional exchanges.

Instead:

  1. Start a return.

  2. Receive store credit.

  3. Use the credit to repurchase the correct item/size/style.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Email photos + order number.

  • We will repair, replace, or issue store credit as needed.

PROCESSING TIME

  • Please allow 3–5 business days after we receive your return for processing.

  • You will receive an email with your store credit gift card once approved.

LATE OR UNAPPROVED RETURNS

  • Items returned after 15 days or that do not meet our requirements may be denied or sent back to the customer at their expense.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped

How to Start Your Return

Click “Start a Return” and let us know what didn’t work out.

2️⃣ Find Your Order

Enter your order number + email so we can pull up your items.

4️⃣ Get Your Prepaid Label

We’ll email you a return shipping label.

(Label cost will be deducted from your store credit.)

3️⃣ Select Item(s)

Choose the piece(s) you’re sending back.

6️⃣ Receive Your SOUL Credit

Once we receive & inspect the return, we’ll email your store credit gift card.

5️⃣ Ship It Back

Drop off at any UPS location or schedule a pickup—easy!
