Processing Time

Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be packed and shipped.
(Processing time is separate from shipping time.)

Express Shipping (1–3 business days) – $15

    Please note:

    • Transit times vary by country (typically 7–21 business days)

    • Customs fees, duties, or taxes are the customer’s responsibility

    • Delays caused by customs are outside of our control

  • Every order includes tracking. Once your package is scanned by the carrier, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

  • Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, it is considered complete. If your package is lost or stolen, we will do our best to assist you, but we recommend submitting a claim with the carrier.
